BTS's Jin is once again spreading his cheerful energy.

On October 11, Big Hit Music announced, "Jin will release the full version of 'Super Tuna.' We hope you look forward to 'Super Tuna,' which is sure to get ARMY's (fandom name) hearts racing."

They also teased a new album cover, adding, "We hope 'Super Tuna' brings you a day full of laughter and happiness. Thank you for always supporting and loving BTS."

'Super Tuna' is a self-composed song Jin created with Bumzu in 2021, inspired by his hobby of fishing. The song features an addictive melody and playful lyrics, making it a fan favorite.

After its official release in 2022, 'Super Tuna' topped the U.S. Billboard World Digital Song Sales and Digital Song Sales charts. It has been charting for 45 consecutive weeks on the Hot Trending Songs chart.

Following the 2024 Festa event in June, 'Super Tuna' reclaimed the No. 1 spot on the World Digital Song Sales chart (as of June 22). During the event, Jin performed 'Super Tuna' live for the first time in front of fans.

The performance video also gained massive attention, ranking No. 1 on YouTube's worldwide trending videos upon release. The global 'Super Tuna' challenge spread across platforms like TikTok and other social media sites.

The 'Super Tuna' Special Performance Video surpassed 100 million views as of September 2. Although it’s not an official music video, it achieved this milestone nearly three years after its release.
