Park Ji-hoon is back, and this time, he's hitting harder than ever.
Netflix's Weak Hero Class 2 (written by Yoo Soo-min and Park Hyun-woo, directed by Yoo Soo-min) unveiled a fresh batch of still cuts on April 18, offering a first glimpse into the explosive energy of Season 2. The new photos tease gritty action and dramatic transformations from the cast.
💥 Park Ji-hoon's Fierce Comeback as Yeon Si-eun
Park returns as Yeon Si-eun, a top student who knows only books—but his life took a dark turn in Season 1 when he was targeted by school bullies. After fighting back, he narrowly avoided juvenile detention.
In the new season, Si-eun transfers to Eunjang High School under pressure—part of a deal to cover up an orchestrated assault. Hoping to stay under the radar, he dreams of a quiet school life as a self-imposed outsider.
👊 New Rival, Brutal Showdowns
But peace doesn't last long. Si-eun crosses paths with bully Geum Sung-je (played by Lee Jun-young), setting off a fierce rivalry. Their fights erupt everywhere—rooftops, parking garages, and beyond. Fists fly as the two clash relentlessly.
🤝 Friendship and Loyalty Take Center Stage
Season 2 also deepens the bond between Si-eun and his new friends: Park Hu-min (played by Ryeoun), Seo Jun-tae (Choi Min-young), and Go Hyun-tak (Lee Min-jae). Each of them stands by Si-eun, taking a stand against the bully alliance in their own way.
⚡ Old Faces, New Tensions
Yoo Soo-bin reprises his role as Choi Hyo-man, Si-eun's former friend who longs to be part of the popular crowd. When Si-eun arrives at Eunjang, Hyo-man immediately stirs up trouble, setting the stage for an intense clash.
Weak Hero Class 2 continues the story of a boy battling violence with brains—and now, fists. Based on the hit webtoon, the new season dives into Si-eun's fight for survival and growth amid escalating danger.
The drama is set to premiere on April 25, exclusively on Netflix.
