JYP Entertainment confirmed on April 18 that KICKFLIP, the 7-member boy group formed through LOUD, is preparing for a new album set to drop in May. "As it's their first comeback, the members are working extra hard. More details will be announced soon," said the agency.

KICKFLIP debuted in January with FLIP IT, KICK IT!, and the results were impressive:

- 276,881 first-week sales (Hanteo Chart), earning them the Hanteo Initial Chodong Certificate
- #1 on Weekly Album and Retail Charts
The album's title track "Mama Said" gained attention for its powerful choreography, strong vocals, and fresh rookie charm.
