On April 17, SBS unveiled behind-the-scenes photos from the script reading for its upcoming K-drama Spring of Four Seasons. Starring Ha Yoojoon, Park Jihoo, and Lee Seunghyub of N.Flying, the show is already giving off youthful, heartwarming vibes.
🎶 K-pop meets campus love
Spring of Four Seasons is a music-driven youth romance. It follows Sa Gye (played by Ha Yoojoon), a once-famous K-pop band leader who gets kicked out of his group. He starts over at college, where he meets Kim Bom (Park Jihoo), a genius composer with a complicated past.
🎭 Cast chemistry already shining
- Ha Yoojoon: Nervous at first, but quickly eased into his role as the fallen idol Sa Gye.
- Park Jihoo: Plays Kim Bom, a composition prodigy who gave up an Ivy League dream after her mother's death and now juggles multiple part-time jobs. Her layered portrayal already stands out.
- Lee Seunghyub: Steps into the role of Seo Taeyang, a composed pre-med student and head of the school's band club. His calm tone and sharp charisma brought the character to life.
🧑🏫 Directed by Kim Sung-yong, written by Kim Min-chul
Veteran actors like Jo Han-chul, Kim Jong-tae, Cha Chung-hwa, and Kim Byung-ki also joined the reading, adding weight and warmth to the lively atmosphere.
