Upcoming crime action film 'YADANG' joins forces with the Gyeonggi Northern Provincial Police Agency to lead a campaign against drug-related crimes.
🚨 Movie Meets Mission: Anti-Drug Campaign
On April 10, Plus M Entertainment announced that YADANG (directed by Hwang Byung-guk) is launching a special awareness campaign in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Northern Provincial Police Agency.
The initiative aims to raise public awareness about the dangers of drug use and promote prevention efforts.
🎥 Actors Join the Cause
Main cast members Kang Ha-neul, Yoo Hae-jin, Park Hae-joon, Ryu Kyung-soo, and Chae Won-bin showed support by posing with official campaign goods, blending entertainment with social impact.
Members of the Gyeonggi drug investigation unit attended the film's first screening, reportedly expressing high satisfaction with Park Hae-joon's portrayal of detective Sang-jae, a narcotics officer.
🎁 Audience Activation & Real-World Tools
A special event was also held during the premiere. A campaign notice was shown before the film, and audience members who submitted post-screening reviews received themed movie merchandise.
In addition, all YADANG moviegoers received drug detection test kits, capable of identifying harmful substances with just a drop of liquid—adding a real-life layer of purpose to the viewing experience.

A Plus M spokesperson stated:
"This campaign, combining a major motion picture and a public institution, creates powerful synergy and helps amplify critical social messages."
