ENHYPEN is suffering from severe stalking incidents, pushing their agency to take firm legal action.
On March 5, BELIFT LAB issued an official statement, saying, "The level of harassment and privacy violations against our artists has escalated to a critical point, posing a serious threat to their safety."
🚨 Stalking Reaches Dangerous Levels
Some obsessive fans (known as sasaengs) have gone as far as bribing delivery and transportation workers to infiltrate ENHYPEN's residence. They illegally took photos inside the members' living space and even attempted to sell them online. BELIFT LAB has obtained CCTV footage and is proceeding with legal action.
Additionally, there have been cases of individuals purchasing ENHYPEN's flight details to board the same plane. Illegal filming and persistent invasion of their private spaces have also been reported.
📢 BELIFT LAB Takes a Zero-Tolerance Approach
The agency emphasized the severe emotional distress caused by these actions:
"These behaviors violate the artists' rights and constitute unwanted stalking."
BELIFT LAB is continuously gathering evidence against stalkers and encourages fans to report such activities. They have already initiated legal proceedings and are actively identifying perpetrators.
🚫 Online Harassment & Organized Stalker Groups
Authorities have also uncovered organized groups spreading malicious rumors and selling private information about the members. "These individuals are operating through online chat rooms to systematically target and threaten our artists," the agency stated.
📵 Phone Harassment & Airport Safety Measures
ENHYPEN members have also received disturbing messages and nonstop calls, with some even being explicit in nature. The agency has vowed to take strict action against those responsible.
Furthermore, BELIFT LAB urged fans to respect public order at airports, requesting:
✈️ No obstructing ENHYPEN's movements
✈️ No excessive physical contact attempts
✈️ No unauthorized, close-range filming in restricted areas
⚖️ Legal Consequences for Stalkers
BELIFT LAB made it clear that anyone involved in stalking activities will be banned from all ENHYPEN-related events. Multiple reports have already been filed, and police investigations are currently underway.
