BLACKPINK's Rosé, along with Dreamcatcher and Red Velvet's Irene, dominated the final Circle Chart (formerly Gaon Chart) rankings of 2024.
The Korea Music Content Association, which operates the Circle Chart, announced, "In the 52nd week (2024.12.22–2024.12.28), Rosé and Bruno Mars achieved a triple crown, Dreamcatcher topped the Retail Album Chart, and Irene secured first place on the Album Chart."
Rosé and Bruno Mars ranked No. 1 on the Global K-pop Chart, Digital Chart (Circle Index: 19,917,013), and Streaming Chart with their duet APT., earning the triple crown. APT., the pre-release single from Rosé's first full-length album rosie, is a collaboration with global artist Bruno Mars and has maintained its No. 1 position on the Global K-pop and Streaming Charts for 10 consecutive weeks.
Dreamcatcher claimed the top spot on the Retail Album Chart with [My Christmas Sweet Love] (POCA), which recorded 10,563 copies sold at retail stores. The album features tracks, including the title song My Christmas Sweet Love, that capture the essence of a beautiful Christmas carol atmosphere.
Irene achieved first place on the Album Chart with Like A Flower - The 1st Mini Album (SMC), which recorded 34,874 copies in sales. This marks Irene's debut solo album, featuring eight tracks, including the title song Like A Flower.
Hwang Ga-ram claimed five crowns by topping the BGM Chart, V Coloring Chart, Ringtone Chart, Caller Ring Chart, and Karaoke Chart with I Am a Firefly. Released on October 21, the song is a tribute to all the beautiful stars in a challenging world.
The Social Chart 2.0, which reflects K-pop's global popularity, saw FIFTY FIFTY at No. 1 for the third consecutive week. Keywords associated with FIFTY FIFTY on MyCelebs included "on the rise," "dance with girl-crush vibes," and "groove-infused."
