Singer G-Dragon (GD, Kwon Ji-yong) is set to take the stage at the 'SBS Gayo Daejeon' for the first time in eight years.

G-Dragon has been announced as the final lineup artist for the '2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon,' which will be held on December 25 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon's Yeongjong Island.

In October, G-Dragon made his long-awaited comeback after seven years with the release of his single "POWER." Last month, he showcased his enduring influence on music charts with "HOME SWEET HOME," featuring his BIGBANG bandmates Taeyang and Daesung.

Notably, on November 23, G-Dragon delivered a show-stopping performance at the '2024 MAMA Awards' held at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, capturing global attention. The official MAMA performance video released by Mnet garnered 10 million views within a day and reached 33.08 million views as of December 11, reflecting the explosive response from K-pop fans.

Some celebrities even referred to the 2024 MAMA Awards as the "G-Dragon Concert" or "BIGBANG Concert." Mnet also compiled and uploaded reaction videos of idol groups watching G-Dragon's performance on its official YouTube channel.
