Group TWS has swept the top spots on Japan's major music charts.
According to Japan's Oricon on December 10, TWS's first single, Last Bell, recorded approximately 74,000 sales and claimed the No. 1 spot on the Weekly Singles Ranking for the December 16 issue. The achievement was highlighted on Fuji TV's morning show Mezamashi TV, underscoring the group's growing recognition in Japan.
Additionally, Last Bell secured the top position on Billboard Japan's Top Single Sales chart for the December 11 issue, further cementing TWS's strong presence.
Despite not having officially debuted in Japan, TWS has already demonstrated remarkable strength, with both their mini-albums ranking high on Oricon charts. Their first and second mini-albums previously placed 3rd and 2nd, respectively, on the Weekly Album Ranking during their debut weeks. With Last Bell, TWS has now claimed their first No. 1 weekly chart position, marking a steady and impressive rise.
Currently, TWS is actively engaging with the Japanese audience through extensive media appearances. They have received widespread acclaim for their performances on major year-end music programs, including Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV's Best Hit Kayosai 2024 and Fuji TV's 2024 FNS Music Festival.
