2NE1 to Perform at Year-End Stage for the First Time in 10 Years
Legendary K-pop girl group 2NE1 will return to the year-end stage after a decade. On December 9, SBS announced the third lineup for the SBS Gayo Daejeon, revealing 2NE1's participation. This marks their first appearance on the event since 2014. Known for their commanding charisma and stage presence, 2NE1's return has captivated K-pop fans worldwide, anticipating a memorable performance.
The third lineup also includes (G)I-DLE, WayV, Lee Young-ji, CRAVITY, TREASURE, BABYMONSTER, NEXZ, and Izna, bringing the total to nine teams.
The previously announced first and second lineups include major acts like KEY, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, ITZY, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), aespa, ENHYPEN, IVE, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, BOYNEXTDOOR, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, TWS, NCT WISH, and ILLIT, solidifying this year's SBS Gayo Daejeonas one of the most star-studded K-pop festivals.
Additionally, the event will be hosted by NCT's Doyoung, TXT's Yeonjun, and IVE's An Yujin. The trio, praised for their synergy as MCs during the Gayo Daejeon Summer earlier this year, will reunite for the Christmas Day event, promising even smoother hosting and stronger chemistry.
The SBS Gayo Daejeon will take place on December 25 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon.
