Singer G-Dragon (real name Kwon Ji-yong), who announced plans for a comeback this year, has stirred excitement by releasing a cryptic image.

On October 21, G-Dragon uploaded a photo to his official fan SNS, accompanied by the caption, "Beyond-black #GDRAGON #GD #hiddengem #GDRAGON2024." The image contained no visible text, heightening curiosity among fans.

Eagle-eyed followers adjusted the brightness of the image and discovered the hidden message: "loading progress 10%."This sparked speculation, with some fans wondering, "Does this mean the comeback is 10 days away?" or "Is it D-DAY 10?" Others joked, "Surely it doesn't mean the work is only 10% done." The teaser has amplified anticipation for G-Dragon's long-awaited return.

Initially, G-Dragon was expected to make his comeback in October. However, his agency, Galaxy Corporation, has kept the exact release date under wraps, leaving fans on edge.

This comeback marks G-Dragon's first solo release in seven years since his second mini-album, Kwon Ji-yong, which was released in June 2017. After completing his military service in October 2019, G-Dragon has yet to engage in significant solo activities, raising expectations for his new music.

Meanwhile, G-Dragon faced drug allegations last year, which delayed his planned album release. Despite the controversy, he was ultimately cleared of all charges. Following the incident, he founded the JustPeace Foundation to support anti-drug efforts and promote drug prevention.
