TOMORROW X TOGETHER is set to release their 7th mini album The Name Chapter: SANCTUARY on November 4, and they are ramping up excitement with a series of unique promotions ahead of the release.

One of the standout promotions is the ARS hotline, a service that offers fans the experience of speaking directly with the members. First launched on the 9th, the hotline is available via two channels—one for South Korea and another for the U.S.

The promotion garnered massive attention, to the point where the servers briefly crashed right after the launch. In Korea alone, the call volume reached 940 calls per minute, with a total of 56,423 calls recorded in just one hour.

Even after the option to listen to voice messages on the official website was introduced, the demand for the ARS hotline continued. As of the 13th, the cumulative number of calls had reached approximately 500,000.

The group's outdoor advertising campaign has also generated a buzz. TOMORROW X TOGETHER placed handwritten ads on city buses and bus stops along major routes in Seoul, further captivating fans.

In these ads, the members expressed heartfelt messages to their fans, with phrases such as, "Your warmth takes me to a sanctuary amidst the city's noise," and "Anywhere feels like heaven as long as you're there," raising anticipation for the new album.

The use of social media to deepen the storytelling in the upcoming album has also caught attention. They created a new Instagram account, 'sxnctxxry_1104,' where they share glimpses of the narrator's daily life from the new album.

On October 17, TOMORROW X TOGETHER is set to release the 'ANGEL' version concept photos and clips.
