‘BTS’ RM expressed his affection for his fans.

On the 12th, RM wrote on the fan community Weverse, "Hello. My dear and beloved ones. I'm (already) 30." He wrote this to celebrate his 30th birthday.

He thanked ARMY (fandom name), saying, "Thank you so much for sending me congratulations with all your heart. Do you know that I'm holding on thanks to you?"

He recalled the teachings of Buddha during his difficult military life. "There's a saying in Buddhism. 'You should rely only on yourself as a light and live.'"

RM added, "When I'm feeling anxious or when I get angry for no reason, I think of these words," and "I have a lot to say, but I'll use photos instead."

They promised to meet again. "I will come to see you after the snow falls, the sun changes, the weather gets warmer, and the cherry blossoms bloom. Please stay healthy," he said.

Meanwhile, RM enlisted in the military in December of last year. His scheduled discharge date is June 10, 2025.
