Jeong Han of Seventeen will begin his military service. He will be the first member of the group to enlist in the military.

His agency, Pledis Entertainment, announced through an official statement on the 12th, “Jeong Han will fulfill his military service on the 26th.

He will be enlisting quietly without any ceremony. The agency asked fans to “refrain from visiting alternative service locations on the day of his enlistment and the day he enters the training center.”

“We ask for your continued love and support so that Jeong Han can faithfully fulfill his military service obligations and return to a healthier state,” the agency added.

Jeong Han will not be able to participate in the upcoming mini 12th album activities and world tour. “We will be visiting him through various contents that we have prepared in advance,” the agency explained.

The agency concluded, “We will spare no effort to continue supporting Jung Jung. Thank you,” the agency concluded.

Meanwhile, Jeong Han will be the first of the “Seventeen” members to fulfill his national defense obligations. His release date is June 25, 2026.
