Soccer player Son Heung-min boasted of his world-class self-care.

On the 3rd of this month, on 'Salon Drip 2' of channel 'TEO', Son Heung-min appeared as a guest and shared his story.

On that day, Son Heung-min said, “I think my diet is more difficult. During the season, you can just eat whatever you want, so there's a lot of exercise and a lot of matches. Sometimes it's hard, but I have to put it in. After the game, it doesn't go in well,” he said, adding, ”Right after the game, dopamine goes up, and when I come home and lie down after playing in front of the crowd, my body is feverish, so I can't sleep.”

“It's hard to fall asleep because you have a lot of heat in your body, so you just grab whatever you see. Whether it's sweet or salty, I think diet is more difficult during vacations. There are so many delicious foods in Korea,” he said, adding that he recently fell in love with brown rice.

“I don't eat a lot of fatty foods or high-calorie foods,” Son Heung-min said, adding, ”I'm not greedy about food, but I really like junk food. I like cookies and jelly,” he explained. “But I can't eat them. I feel guilty when I snack. Yesterday, I actually bought two ice cream cones on my way home from dinner because I wanted them so badly. I ate one while pulling into the parking lot at the supermarket in front of my house,” he shuddered.

Son also revealed that he loves gaming. He said, “I'm very serious about games. If I lose, I give feedback. It's a team game,” he said, adding, ”I have too much competitive spirit (in my body). I don't like to lose in games, let alone soccer,” he said. In particular, Son Heung-min surprised MC Jang Do-yeon by revealing that he is serious about the game.

Meanwhile, Son Heung-min plays for Tottenham Hotspur FC in the English Premier League.
