Stray Kids is the first K-pop artist to grace the cover of Rolling Stone in the UK.
On the 29th (Korean time), Rolling Stone released the 19th cover featuring Stray Kids on its official homepage. It introduced them as "multi-talented hexagonal global stars."
An official said, "The cover also features the members with their arms around each other's shoulders and smiling brightly," and added, "It will tell a story about strong bonds and brotherly love."
Stray Kids released 'ATE' in July. The title song 'Chk Chk Boom' entered Billboard's main album chart 'Billboard 200' at No. 1.
They also achieved the feat of debuting at No. 1 for five consecutive times. This is the first time for a group around the world. They first entered the chart with 'ODDINARY' in March 2022.
Their subsequent works also went straight to the top. Their 7th mini album 'MAXIDENT', their 3rd full-length album 'Five Star' (★★★★★), and their 8th mini album 'Rockstar' (樂-STAR) topped the charts.
They have proven their global influence. They have been nominated for the 'Best K-Pop' category (Rock, 樂) at the '2024 MTV Video Music Awards', an American popular music awards ceremony, for three consecutive years.
Stray Kids will hold a solo concert as part of their new world tour 'Dominate' at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul on September 24-25 and September 1.
An official said, "The concert title contains SKZ's ambition to dominate the stage as they tour stages around the world. They will show a powerful stage and energy."
They will start in Seoul, then visit Singapore (September 29), Melbourne, Australia (October 19), Sydney (October 26), Kaohsiung, Taiwan (November 2), and Tokyo, Japan (November 16-17).
They will also visit Manila, Philippines (November 23), Macau (November 29-30), Osaka, Japan (December 5, 7-8), Bangkok, Thailand (November 14), Jakarta, Indonesia (November 21), and Hong Kong (January 18-19, 2025).
