Suga appears at the police on August 23rd....17 days after accident

Suga (Min Yunki, 31) will be investigated by the police on the 23rd. It's been 17 days since he was caught drunk driving. Suga will appear after completing his public service.

The Yongsan Police Station in Seoul and Suga have scheduled the investigation for that afternoon. Suga went to work at the organization as usual that morning. After work, he visited the police station and was questioned.

Suga's recent police investigations have been drama-filled. On the 14th and 22nd, rumors circulated that Suga would appear. Reporters flocked to Yongsan Police Station, but it was fake news.

There will not be a separate photo line. “We plan to follow the same standards as other suspects' summons procedures,” the police said on Nov. 19, adding, ”We cannot intentionally create a photo line.”

Suga rode an e-scooter while under the influence of alcohol on June 6. He rode on the sidewalk in front of the fence of Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu. His blood alcohol content was 0.227%. This exceeds the threshold for aggravated sentencing.

According to the Road Traffic Control Act, a person with a blood alcohol content of 0.2 or more is punishable by up to five years in prison or a fine of up to 20 million won.
