Global super group BTS' Jin (Kim Seok-jin) has revealed his latest update after his discharge from the military.
On the 30th, Jin posted a post about J-Hope's scheduled discharge date on the fan community Weavers, saying, "Hope, it's not long now. You should come out and work hard too. I've only had one day off since I was discharged," he commented.
"What are you doing these days?" he responded to a fan's question, "I'm recording, doing shows, and sticking to my plans from the military," he said. "I'm doing my real job while showing my face as much as possible," he said, adding, "The results will all come out in a few months, so please wait a little longer." In response to a fan who wrote, "I'm waiting for an actor, Jin," Jin replied, "I don't intend to act. Sorry."
Meanwhile, Jin retired from the army as a sergeant on the 12th after serving for one year and six months. The next day, he attended the "2024 FESTA" event, which marked the 11th anniversary of BTS's debut, and hugged 1,000 fans. Jin is expected to release his first solo album later this year. The team's collective activities will resume in the second half of next year. J-Hope will leave in October and all members will leave in June next year.
