FIFTY FIFTY, comeback in September...5-member lineup including Keena confirmed

FIFTY FIFTY is back. They reorganized into a 5-member girl group including Keena.

ATTRAKT distributed its official position regarding FIFTY FIFTY on the 14th. The agency said, “FIFTY FIFTY plans to start anew as a 5-member group, including existing member Keena.”

A total of four new members were selected through global and private auditions. The agency explained, “We were finally able to confirm the four new members last April.”

However, the comeback schedule is slightly delayed. The agency announced the release of a new album in September, saying, "The quality of album production and physical time for global marketing are unavoidable."

It is said that they are preparing various promotions for fans who have been waiting for FIFTY FIFTY. They announced that they are planning teasing content, including the pre-release of included songs, before the official release of the new album.

The agency promised, "We will do our best to become the best K-pop girl group by pouring our sincerity and passion until the day FIFTY FIFTY makes a comeback."

FIFTY FIFTY debuted in November 2024. The first single ‘Cupid’ was loved by global listeners. In a comeback, it ranked 17th on Billboard's 'Hot 100'.

Unusually for a rookie, they were also ranked in the UK's 'Official Single Chart Top 100'. ‘Cupid’ ranked as high as 8th on the chart. It also set a record of being on the charts for 22 consecutive weeks.

However, the ‘FIFTY FIFTY incident’ occurred. The members filed a provisional injunction against their agency in June last year to suspend their exclusive contract. After the preliminary injunction was dismissed, only Keena returned.

ATTRAKT has been holding closed auditions to find new members for a new leap forward. As a result, we were able to finally confirm four new members last April, and FIFTY FIFTY plans to start anew with five members, including existing member Keena.

We know that there are many people who are waiting for FIFTY FIFTY's new news and comeback, but physical time for the quality of album production and global marketing is unavoidable. In order to show a more complete appearance, we are preparing for a comeback in September instead of June as promised.
