Asia's largest international short film festival, 'Short Film Festival & Asia 2024', certified by the American Academy Awards, held an opening ceremony in Shibuya, Japan on the 4th.

Among more than 4,936 works submitted from 114 regions around the world, enjoy approximately 270 works selected based on this year's theme 'Illuminate Your Life' online and offline.

Stray Kids won the Short Film Festival & Asia 2024 Global Spotlight Award (SSFF & ASIA 2024 Global Spotlight Award) for their own content 'SKZFLIX'.

The members said, "We worked hard while filming and shared happy memories, and it is very meaningful to even win an award. I hope we can share the story of 'SKZFLIX' with more people."

Director Kim Byeong-jun said, "This content started from the imagination of students working together to make a short film and win an award. They are experiencing a cinematic moment where that imagination becomes reality. Thanks to the interest in SKZ and K-pop, it shines even brighter.

‘SKZFLIX’ is a Stray Kids music drama. The song ‘Leave’ from the mini album ‘Rockstar’ was used as background music. As members of the movie club in the play, the members go through various trials and errors to create a movie.

The brilliant moments of youth in the process were dramatically expressed. Stray Kids' ability to express emotions, as well as trendy directing and visual beauty, increased immersion.

Stray Kids is showing its presence not only in movies but also in various fields. On the 10th of last month, the collaborative digital single 'Lose My Breath' with Charlie Puth was released. It ranked 90th on Billboard's 'Hot 100'.

For the first time in a K-pop group, all members attended the world's largest fashion charity fundraising event, the Met Gala. They were selected as the best dresser for 'Met Gala 2024' by major media such as GQ, British GQ, Rolling Stone, and Billboard.

This summer will be heated up with performances. They will perform headlining stages at large music festivals such as 'I-Days' in Milan, Italy, 'BST Hyde Park' in London, England, and 'Lollapalooza' in Chicago, USA.
