On the 4th, Melon revealed data on K-drama original soundtracks (OST) through its big data analysis platform, "Data Lab."

Among the OSTs, tvN's "Lovely Runner" stands out the most. Notably, Byeon Woo-seok's "Sudden Shower" from "Eclipse" has seen a tremendous surge in popularity.

The streaming numbers for "Sudden Shower" saw a sharp increase. Initially, it recorded approximately 16,000 streams following the first broadcast. However, after being featured in the ending scene, the streams increased by 140%.

The rise in the chart rankings was also significant. "Sudden Shower" entered the weekly chart at 22nd place in the second week of May. By the third week, it had climbed into the top 10, and in the fourth week, it secured the 7th position.

Yoo Hwe-seung's "I Think I Did" also saw a simultaneous rise. It reached 76th place in the third week of May's weekly chart and jumped to 45th place in the daily chart as of May 22.

tvN's "Queen of Tears" OST also gained popularity, matching its high viewership ratings. Crush's "Love You With All My Heart" ranked 5th in Melon's "Top 100."

This ranking is the highest achieved by an OST released this year. Even after the conclusion of "Queen of Tears," the song has remained within the top 10 of the daily chart, indicating its long-term popularity.

Additionally, OSTs from SBS-TV's "My Love from the Star," "Should We Kiss First?", tvN's "Goblin," and JTBC's "Be Melodramatic" continue to enjoy steady streaming.
