NewJeans' Tokyo Dome Fan Meeting Is Sold Out

NewJeans' fan meeting at the Tokyo Dome in Japan is sold out.

On May 14, all tickets for the second round of NewJeans' fan meeting "Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome," which will be held on June 26-27 at the Tokyo Dome, have been sold out, according to the group's agency, Adore.

NewJeans' entry into the Tokyo Dome comes one year and 11 months after their debut. This is the shortest period of time for an overseas artist to debut. It is very rare for a group to fill the Tokyo Dome so quickly, especially if they have not yet made their official debut in Japan.

NewJeans' influence in Japan has already been proven on multiple stages. They performed on the main stage of Japan's music festival "Summersonic" last August, and the response was so overwhelming that the 12 noon performance at Marine Stadium was the earliest in histry to be restricted for entry.

NewJeans was also invited to perform a special stage at Japan's largest year-end music festival and performed three songs at the Japan Record Awards.

On June 21, NewJeans will release their Japanese debut single "Supernatural". The single will feature four songs, including the title track, "Supernatural," the track "Right Now," and instrumentals for each song.

"Supernatural" is credited to global pop star Pharrell Williams. He brought his iconic ad-lib and bridge from his 2009 collaboration with Japanese singer Manami, "Back of My Mind," and reinterpreted it in a new jazz swing style by producer 250. "Right Now" was partially released as a commercial song on the 9th.

At the Tokyo Dome fan meeting, NewJeans will perform 24 songs, including four new songs released in May and June. They will also be joined by special guest by  YOASOBI and Rina Sawayama

NewJeans is set to make its biggest Japanese debut yet. The company has announced a series of collaborations with cultural and artistic luminaries such as Takashi Murakami and Hiroshi Fujiwara, and is currently hosting a pop-up store at Tokyo's Shibuya 109.

Meanwhile, NewJeans will release their new double single "How Sweet" on the 24th and make their comeback in Korea first. The music video for the song "Bubble Gum," which was released on April 27, topped YouTube's Korean Weekly (May 3 - May 9) Top Music Videos, and has been at the top for two weeks in a row, and is still on top of the global weekly chart.
