On December 20, Antenna confirmed that there had been a case of an individual attempting to exploit unsuspecting fans by impersonating Kyuhyun in Weverse comments.

The agency stated, "Antenna intends to report any accounts and comments that are involved in such fraudulent activities, as they pose a significant risk of financial losses for fans."

"Neither the artist's staff nor the agency would ever contact fans personally or make any financial claims," the agency clarified.

The agency added, "Antenna will continue to closely monitor any actions that impersonate the artist and violate their privacy."

Currently Kyuhyun is preparing for a comeback. The singer will release his new album 'Restart' on January 9, 2024.
