MBC-TV's new drama 'Wonderful World' (written by Kim Ji-eun, directed by Lee Seungyoung) has been confirmed.

MBC wrote, "'Wonderful World', the most anticipated work in the first half of 2024, has been named in the 2024 Friday-Saturday drama lineup. It is scheduled to air in March next year."

'Wonderful World' is a story of revenge. Eun Soo-hyeon (Kim Nam-joo), who lost her young son, punishes the perpetrator who escaped the law.

The cast lineup of the series is drawing people's attention. The series marks Kim Nam-joo's return to a terrestrial TV after 13 years. On the other hand, Cha Eun-woo is about to challenge this mystery series following romantic comedy and fantasy.

Kim Nam-joo portrays psychology professor and writer Eun Soo-hyeon. The woman was enjoying a perfect life until she lost her young son unfairly. She eventually takes revenge on the perpetrator.

Cha Eun-woo portrays the mysterious character Kwon Seon-yul. After dropping out of medical school, he plunges into a rough life on his own.

In addition, Kim Kang-woo plays Eun Soo-hyun's husband Kang Su-ho. He is an anchor who is currently on a roll. Lim Se-mi plays Han Yu-ri, Eun Soo-hyun's close friend.

The series will be directed by Lee Seungyoung, who is known for 'Voice 2.' Kim Ji-eun, who is known for 'Cheongdam-dong Scandal,' wrote the series.
