On October 16, BTS' Jung Kook released the tracklist for his first solo album 'GOLDEN' on BTS' official social media.
The new album contains a total of 11 songs, including 'Seven', '3D', 'Close to You', 'Yes or No', 'Please Don't Change', 'Hate You', and 'Somebody'. 'Standing Next to You' produced by Andrew Watt and Cirkutis will be the main track. The song is a retro-punk song that stands out with Jungkook's groovy vocals.
The album features British singer Ed Sheeran, Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes, and hip-hop group Major Lazer. And it has songs by Blood Pop, David Stewart, and Blake Slatkin. French producer and rapper DJ Snake also participated in the production.
The album is inspired by solo artist Jung Kook's golden moments. All 11 songs chosen by Jung Kook were sung in English.
A variety of content will be presented prior to the release of the album. The poster will be released on October 17, and a unique promotion called 'Golden the Tracks' will be held from October 21 to 30. The highlight medley will be released on October 31, and the title song's music video teaser will be unveiled on November 2.
Jung Kook's first solo album 'Golden' will be released on November 3. Following the release of the solo album, a fan showcase 'Golden' Live On Stage will be held at Jangchung Municipal Stadium in Jung-gu, Seoul on November 8 at 8 PM.
