On July 7th, NewJeans uploaded the music video for the pre-release song 'New Jeans' from their 2nd mini album 'Get Up' to HYBE Label's YouTube channel.

The 'New Jeans' music video is a collaboration with Cartoon Network's 'Powerpuff Girls,' an iconic TV series celebrating its 25th anniversary. Powerpuff Girls characters resemble members of NewJeans appeared in the video. And members took on new challenges just like the Powerpuff Girls. 

The 'New Jeans' music video achieved a remarkable feat by ranking 1st on YouTube's Trending chart for rapidly rising videos in the United States on July 7th. "NewJeans MV," "The Powerpuff Girls," and "Time to NewJeans" were among Twitter's trending hashtags. 

'New Jeans' has a unique composition that alternates between UK garage rhythms and Jersey club rhythms. In addition, it has clever lyrics using the band's name. Its track will be released today at 1 p.m. (KST) on various music platforms. 

Another pre-released song 'Super Shy' and its music video will also be unveiled on the same day. As NewJeans is returning with another triple title strategy, the expectation levels are rocketing high.

NewJeans will make a comeback on July 21st with their new album 'Get Up.'
