On June 30th, Big Bang's member Daesung announced an upcoming solo tour in Japan. The star is scheduled for six performances in four cities.
A representative from RND Company said, "In August, Daesung will hold his solo tour titled 'Dな SHOW Vol.2.' Daesung has not only prepared live performances but talk sessions with Q&A and games for an intimate meeting with much loved fans."
The solo tour marks the first tour in six years since 2017. Daesung will begin in Fukuoka on August 18th, followed by Tokyo on August 23rd and 24th, then to Osaka on August 26th to 27th and lastly Nagoya on August 30th.
In the past, Daesung has well shown his ticket power on several occasions. For his first solo world tour in 2013, his concert sold out over 100,000 tickets. For large scale arena concerts, he sold out over 170,000 tickets and with dome concerts, even more, selling out 200,000 tickets in seconds.
In addition to his solo tour, Daesung will be performing at 'Water Bomb Japan 2023' on July 15th in Osaka, Japan. Following on, he will take the stage in Nagoya on July 23rd and Tokyo on July 29th.
