Jennie's best friend Shin Hyun-ji "earning over 500 million KRW a year? I make twice as much"

Top model Shin Hyun-ji revealed her annual salary.

Global model Shin Hyun-ji appeared on MBC Entertainment's TV show 'Radio Star' aired on Wednesday (June 28th).

One of the hosts asked, "I heard that you have a career that you are proud of." Shin Hyun-ji replied, "I was in the top 50 models worldwide, and I was selected as an industry icon with Soo-joo and Choi So-ra." She added, "That's an untouchable career. A legend like Kate Moss is an industry icon too."

The host also asked, "I heard that the money you earn is also untouchable." Shin Hyun-ji said, "A TV show revealed that I earned over 500 million won(US$383,000) in a year, but I earned less due to COVID at that time."

When asked if she makes twice as much when earning a lot, she answered honestly, "Yes."

Shin Hyun-ji also revealed her friendship with BLACKPINK's Jennie. She said, "I learned dance moves from Jenny," and danced to BLACKPINK's Pink Venom on the show.
