LE SSERAFIM will hold their first solo tour since their debut. A total of 12 performances in 7 cities have been confirmed. 

On June 28, LE SSERAFIM posted a video for 'FLAME RISES' on its official YouTube channel. It contains the process of the team name (LE SSERAFIM) being reborn as a 'frame rise'.

The venue for the concert was also revealed. Starting with Seoul on August 12-13, they will meet FEARNOT (fandom name) in Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Bangkok.

'Frame Rise' is LE SSERAFIM's first solo tour.  It is said that they prepared a more intense stage to repay the modifier 'Best Performer among Girl groups'. 

At the first fan meeting 'FEARNOT2023 S/S' held in March, 

LE SSERAFIM sold out all the seats. It demonstrated explosive audience mobilization.
