Kim Seon-ho’s pictorial and interview were released.
Kim Seon-ho makes his screen debut in “The Childe,” which will be released on June 21.
He shared about the story behind the casting of “The Childe.” “People around him recommended me. In the past, people recommended me once but he didn’t like my profile picture. (Laughter) He thought my face didn't suit noir. When people recommended me again, he thought he should at least see me once."
In regard to his role model, Kim Seon-ho said, "I want to learn from everyone, and I especially respect my seniors because I believe acting is a discovery." He continued, “The actor who played the Joker for the first time must have considered the ghastly smile very carefully and that is an achievement, which allows us to move forward a bit more quickly thanks to a senior actor’s first step.”
In response to the question of how he would like to be remembered 50 years in the future, he said, "I would want to be an actor who continues to act because as long as I can act, I will be happy.” He added, “As a person, I would like to be remembered as a fun person, someone people would enjoy being around.”
An interview with Kim Seon-ho can be found in the July issue of Arena Homme Plus.
“The Childe” is a story of Marco, a Kopino boxer who wanders around illegal stadiums in the Philippines. He gets involved in a chase by forces with different purposes, including an unidentified childe.
It is a new movie by director Park Hoonjung, who directed the films “New World,” “Night in Paradise,” and “The Witch.” The movie premieres on June 21.
