Actress Kim Tae-ri gave off dark charisma. She expressed a woman who became an evil spirit with cool eyes and a gloomy smile.

On June 7, SBS-TV series ‘Revenant’ (written by Kim Eun-hee and directed by Lee Jung-rim) unveiled two character posters of Gu San-yeong (played by Kim Tae-ri) Kim Tae-ri introduced two modes: the San-yeong version and the demon version.

First, the demon version was intense. Kim Tae-ri mocked humans with black eyes. It hinted at a San-yeong that had turned into an evil spirit.

The following is the Sanyoung version. Kim Tae-ri looked afraid of something. It reflects the setting that evil spirits gradually bind the San-yeong. It seemed to be struggling to push away the demons.

A notable part of the poster is the shadow. An official from ‘Revenant’ explained, "Shadow is an important medium for recognizing evil spirits", adding, "We also actively used it as an object in posters".

‘Revenant’ is a Korean occult mystery series. It is the story of a woman who is possessed by an evil spirit and a man who sees an evil spirit. It is a new work by Kim Eun-hee of 'Signal' and 'Kingdom'.

San-yeong, played by Kim Tae-ri, is an ordinary person. However, her life changes after receiving the keepsake of her father, Professor Gu Kang-mo (Jin Seon-kyu). something that has been eaten away by evil spirits little by little.

Regarding the reason for choosing the work, Kim Tae-ri said, "The Korean-style occult genre that I am trying for the first time was fresh," adding, "I think it will be a meaningful work in that folklore is disappearing".

As for the acting point, she explained, "I tried to approach by focusing on other situations where San-yeong and evil spirits were placed," adding, "I set a difference in each small movement and various details".

Kim Tae-ri said, "Please empty your mind and leave your eyes and ears as the situation leads," adding, "The best way to watch is to solve the mystery with San-young and Hae-sang (Oh Jung-se)."

Meanwhile, ‘Revenant’ will premiere on June 23.
