Astro's Jinjin revealed a heartfelt letter written to the late Moonbin as he grieved for his loss. On May 3rd, Jinjin posted on his Instagram account, “Bin, are you doing well? I still can’t believe you are gone when I see you in my photo album.”
He recalled on the memories he had with Moonbin when he was alive and continued, "I miss your playfulness and silliness. Thinking of your smiling face always made me smile too. Your smile was really beautiful."
He expressed his heartfelt emotions, saying, "I have never felt so desperate to see someone as much as I miss you, Bin. I just wish we could have spent one more day together happily.” He added, "I'm working hard for the musical with back-to-back practices. Everyone is missing you.”
He continued, "You were a person who deserved to be loved. I loved you sincerely and cherished you. You must never forget that."
Finally, he said goodbye, "My beloved younger brother Bin, let's laugh a lot and enjoy out happy thoughts. Don't be sick and always be happy. I love you, my brother. Sleep well."
On April 19th, Astro’s member Moonbin was found dead at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. His funeral was held privately on April 22nd. His memorial space will continue to run until June 6th.
