On April 23^rd, a video from NMIXX’s fan signing event was posted on major social media platforms. The video is going viral online, including Twitter.

NMIXX’s fan signing event was held on April 21^st and the video clip shows a male fan talking to member Sullyoon. Sullyoon is captured immersed into the conversation with the male fan. She is seen looking into his eyes as the male fan gestures, as if to explain something.

After the male fan moved to the next seat, Sullyoon's expression darkens. She tries to hold her tears back as she converses with other fans but soon, tears begin to flow.

The male fan was criticized by netizens and he apologized on his Twitter account on April 24^th, saying, “I apologise to all the fans.” He explained, “I was disappointed because Sullyoon did not look into my camera so I told her about this but realized this was a mistake after the fan signing event was over. I regret causing discomfort unintentionally.”

In the meantime, NMIXX released their mini-album ‘Expérgo’ which has received a lot of love both domestically and globally.
