On April 24th, Cha Eun-Woo visited the memorial space for Moonbin which has been set up in front of his agency, Fantagio. He wrote a handwritten letter in grief.

Cha Eun-Woo wrote:

"Bin, I miss you so much tonight. You bad guy. I am on a short walk with San-Ha and came to see you. Are you sleeping well?”

He continued, "I am missing even the smallest things we did together, and I am regretful we didn’t hang out more. You better be at least a hundred times happier up there in the Moon.”

Cha Eun-Woo added, "I'll take care of everything you left behind, so don't worry too much. You worked hard. I love you and I'm sorry, my friend", before finishing the letter.

On April 19th, Astro’s member Moonbin was found dead at his home in Gangnam, Seoul. He was discovered by his manager who had gone to his house to check on him as he could not get in touch with Moonbin.

Many expressed their sadness at the sudden death of the K-pop star, and the entertainment industry was shaken. Scheduled events were also canceled or postponed.

Fans have created a memorial space for Moonbin by placing flowers and letters in front of the Fantagio building in Gangnam, Seoul, to honor the late star.
