On April 16th, actor Lee Jong-Suk was spotted fully supporting his girlfriend IU, as fans captured several photos of the actor wearing and displaying ‘IU merchandise.’
In the post, a photo of Lee Jong-Suk wearing one of the baseball caps that was sold at IU's 2022 solo concert ‘The Golden Hour: Under the Orange Sun’ was captured.
Previously, IU was also spotted wearing the same hat on her official YouTube channel. The hat was sold as one of the goods for 25,000 KRW at the concert last year and is currently sold out.
In another photo, the back of Lee Jong-Suk’s phone was captured. It showed a ‘popsocket’ stuck to the back of his phone, which was another merchandise sold by IU’s agency in support of IU at the beginning of this year for the 'Year of the Cat.' The phone accessory was sold for 15,000 KRW from January 16th to 27th and is currently also sold out.
Netizens commented by saying, “He is really using the goods well”, “He is a true fan” and “he is so cute.”
In the meantime, Lee Jong-Suk and IU officially announced their relationship on December 31st last year. The pair are known to have become friends whilst working as MCs on SBS’ Inkigayo music program ten years ago.
