BTS’ Suga will be releasing a documentary titled ‘SUGA: Road to D-DAY’ on April 21st at 23:00 (KST) on Disney Plus and global platform Weverse. The documentary will showcase the making of Suga’s new solo album and capture moments of Suga’s journey around the world as he meets various artists from different cities.
The documentary will also reveal behind-the-scenes of his solo album ‘D-Day’ in the making, which will be dropping the charts on the same day. There will also be snippets of Suga’s live performances.
On April 6th, Disney Plus released a teaser poster featuring Suga holding onto a microphone and gazing up at the sky. The documentary will also share the artist’s challenges as a solo artist and the hurdles he overcomes.
'D-Day' marks the end of the 'Agust D trilogy', following Suga's previously released mixtapes (non-regular albums) 'Agust D' (2016) and 'D-2' (2020). Suga reportedly took the lead in producing the album as well as writing the lyrics and composition for all songs.
