Group SHINee's Taemin revealed his weight gain while serving in the military.

Taemin finished his military service on April 4 and started Instagram Live to communicate with fans.

On this day, Taemin said, "Hello, it's been a long time since I came to meet you," adding, "I'm really nervous and I thought it would be nice to have a place to communicate with you quickly, but I came right after this."

He then said, "I dyed my hair," adding, "I wanted to show you something different, so I dyed my hair in two years."

During his military service, Taemin said, "It was a time to look back on myself," adding, "I thought I had lived a valuable life recalling the splendid time I spent with my fans and my past."

In particular, Taemin drew more attention on this day with his chubby appearance than during his activities.

Taemin, who said in an interview with the Military Manpower Administration in October 2021, that he gained 10kg in the military. Taemin's appearance, which is more full of health, gave warmth.

Meanwhile, Taemin was discharged from the military service on April 4 after finishing his work as a public service worker.

On May 31, 2021, Taemin joined the military band of the Ministry of National Defense's work support group. However, as symptoms of depression and panic disorder worsened, it was incorporated as a supplementary station as of January 14 last year.

Meanwhile, Taemin will hold a 2023 Taemin fan meeting ‘RE: ACT’ at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Seoul for two days from April 22-23 and meet his fans for the first time in a long time.
