YG Entertainment announced on March 6 that it will select the final debut members of the new girl group Baby Monster through a final public evaluation.

YG released a teaser video that conveys this information.

Yang Hyun-suk, the executive producer, said in the video, "Baby Monster has been in the process of revealing the seven most likely debutants so far," adding, "We plan to select the best members through the final evaluation."

Baby Monster has so far revealed seven preliminary members, including Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Haram, Rora and Chiquita. However, some of them may be eliminated after the final evaluation, and the actual debut members may be less than this. The final number of debut members has yet to be released.

YG explained that it intends to disclose the prospective members and evaluate them from an objective perspective. Seven will perform various tasks under expert review.
