On January 31st, Blackpink's Jisoo uploaded a vlog of her trip to Cologne in Germany on her YouTube channel. The video showed moments where Jisoo and Lisa visited a Christmas market together.
Jisoo and Lisa were seen walking around various stores and market stools, enjoying the Christmas spirit. The two stopped by at a shop selling alcoholic drinks.
Lisa whipped out her card wallet to pay for the drinks, which revealed a special card highly resembling Hyundai Card ‘Black Edition 3’, which is only open to a selective 1000 members.
'Black Edition 3' is famous for being the VIP card where only the top 0.05% users in Korea can own the credit card. With an annual fee of 2.5 million KRW, the card itself is issued to a limited group of celebrities with exceptional earnings, social status and name. Unlike the normal credit card where users apply for it, for the ‘Black Edition 3’ card, Hyundai Card send out their invitations to those who have been selected to join.
The credit card was first launched in 2005 in Korea to target these high social status VIPs, and it has been known that actors Lee Jung-Jae, Jeon Ji-Hyun, BTS’ Jin and Jungkook as well as Big Bang’s G-Dragon are some of the cardholders.
The benefits are also exceptional. In addition to vouchers that can be spent lavishly in luxury stores, flight tickets can be upgraded to the highest class as well as a dedicated and private concierge exclusive for the cardholders.
According to the annual usage from the range of 100 million to 500 million KRW, Hyundai Card offer Privia (exclusive travel for Hyundai cardholders only) vouchers.
Recently, it has been reported that Lisa bought a mega luxury house in Seongbuk-dong in Seoul for 7.5 billion KRW.
