On October 11th, IST Entertainment announced that Victon’s member Heo Chan would be leaving the group. The statement expressed that Heo Chan no longer wanted to cause more trouble for his group members after reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol in September.
Heo Chan said at the time, “I made a mistake that I should never have done. I am deeply reflecting on myself and regretting it.”
Due to Heo Chan permanently leaving the group, Victon will be reorganized as a 6-member group. The fan meeting and concert that is scheduled for October 15th and 16th will be performed by five member only, excluding Han Seung-Woo who is currently serving his military service.

“Hello. This is IST Entertainment.
Firstly, we sincerely thank the fans who care for and support VICTON.
We would like to announce that there will be a change to the member lineup from now on.
After thorough discussion with all VICTON members including Heo Chan, it has been decided that Heo Chan will be leaving the group permanently.
This decision was made by taking into consideration the thoughts of Heo Chan, who expressed that he did not wish to cause further damage to the group and other members.
Therefore, VICTON will be reorganized as a six-member group consisting of Han Seung-Woo, Kang Seung-Sik, Im Se-Jun, Do Han-Se, Choi Byung-Chan and Jung Su-Bin.
From now on, including the ‘2022 VICTON FAN CONCERT [CHRONICLE]’, all activities will be carried out by the five members apart from Han Seung Woo, who is currently serving his military service.
At this moment in time, the VICTON members are working hard and pouring their sweat into preparations for the ‘2022 VICTON FAN CONCERT [CHRONICLE].’ So that this effort does not go to waste, we ask that you continue to fully support the members of VICTON.
