Singer and actress IU, also known as Lee Ji-Eun, uploaded her Instagram story yesterday with the comment “I have arrived well, slept well and ate well", which is the first feed since her arrival at the Cannes Film Festival.

In the photos she revealed, she was holding an apple with a heart-shaped bite out of it. She added the comment, “apple heart.” Her glowing face also seemed to show that she had not been affected by the long flight.

IU left on May 24th for her Cannes Film Festival Debut with ‘Broker’, which will be competing for the Palme d’Or.

The film ‘Broker’ is set in South Korea and centered around individuals associated with ‘baby boxes’, which allow infants to be dropped off anonymously to be cared for by others (usually charity).
