NCT's Johnny walked the Met Gala with other A-list celebrities. The Met Gala was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on May 2nd.

The ball has a history that dates back to 1948. The event has taken place every year since 1948 on the first Monday of May. Many fashion designers and Hollywood superstars are present at the Met Ball.

NCT's Johnny is one of the few Koreans to have been invited to walk the carpet. The NCT member walked the carpet in a costume designed by designer Peter Do. The two walked the carpet together.

The raiment was a sleek black silk crepe backed satin, completed with a coat, vest, and trousers. The star wore no shirt underneath the long coat and instead was given a matching vest. Johnny looked dashing and sexy in his tailored outfit.

Johnny was met with an overwhelming amount of support from fans. Fans from Korea, U.S.A, U.K, Italy, and a total of forty countries were seen mentioning the star at the Met Gala. The mentions brought the star trending at #2.

The Met Gala posted a picture of the stars present on its official Instagram page. Johnny stood alongside Kris Jenner, Jack Harlow, Sebastian Stan, Nicola Coughlan and more.

Johnny also took to his personal Instagram account to post a picture of the exciting day. The star posed next to singer/ songwriter Anderson .Paak, Ansel Elgort, actress Jung Ho Yeon and more.
