It's been recently reported that BTS's Jin had currently received surgery after an injury involving the star's index finger.
Big Hit Music issued an announcement on March 19th, claiming "Jin had injured his index finger while going about his day. He was immediately taken to the emergency room where his finger was examined to receive the right diagnosis."
The examination resulted in the diagnosis of a tendon injury and the star was taken for surgery soon after.
Jin is said to be in good condition and is discharged from the hospital as of March 19th. The idol is currently at the comfort of his home to fully recover from the minor injury. Jin is said to be in need of a cast for the time being.
Big Hit Music stated, "Jin is going to take a much needed break for the recovery of his injury. He will greet his fans in a healthy condition after fully healing from the torn tendon."
BTS are set to perform at the prestigious 64th Annual Grammy Awards at Las Vegas on April 3rd. The group is also nominated under the category of Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their hit song, "Butter."
