“The two of us are similar in some aspects.” (Han So Hee)
Han So Hee has teased her appearances in the upcoming Disney + series, “Soundtrack #1.” The much-anticipated show is set to air on March 23rd.
Soundtrack#1 is a musical romance drama. The drama unfolds the story of two best friends of over twenty years who eventually develop feelings of romance between them. The two leads are actress Han So Hee and actor Park Hyung Sik.
Han So Hee spoke in regard to her upcoming series, “The drama is reminiscent of my past experiences with unrequited loves. It is a series that brings me back to the innocence of back when.”
The actress chose producer Kim Hee Won as the reason for her participation in the new drama. The star claims, “I was sure that our time on set would be a fulfilling one if we work together. Producer Kim is like a breath of fresh air and she has a great sense of humor, so we made plenty of great memories on set."
Han So Hee plays the role of Lee Eun Soo. The actress’s character appeals to the public through her truthful demeanor, a 180 change of character in comparison to the actress’s previous roles.
The actress commented, “She may seem simple, but she is charismatic in the way she vocalizes her thoughts. I found it to be quite charming.”
Han So Hee claims that the character’s bold traits are similar to her actual personality. “Eun Soo is honest and bold. I think we have those in common. However, I make it an effort to be extra careful, so my words don’t offend or hurt the person I’m talking to.”
The star also talks about a pleasantly surprising moment during filming. Han So Hee remarked, “I had mentioned to Park Hyung Sik, that I wanted to see snow. Then suddenly during filming, it started snowing. I recall looking at it for a while.”
The actress further comments, “It’s both nerve-wrecking and exciting to greet everyone with a character, different from my previous works. However, Eun Soo is a character that I am most similar to. My fans are aware of this.”
“I’m very curious as to how the viewers will perceive the series. It can’t come any sooner. I hope you all enjoy the series.”
