BTS's Jungkook unintentionally boasts international fame yet again.
Billboard released a set of charts on March 3rd. The charts show that Jungkook and Suga’s collab song “Stay Alive,Prod. SUGA of BTS” sits at #1 on the “World Digital Song Sales” chart for a total of two weeks.
The song also charted on ones as well such as “Emerging Artist” at #20, 25th on the “Digital Song Sales”, 67th on the “Global 200” (excluding the U.S.) and 98 on the “Billboard Global 200” charts.
“Stay Alive” was at 95th on the “Hot 100” charts on the February 26th charts. The track marks the 5th solo song from BTS to have made it on the “Hot 100.”
J-Hope’s “Chicken Noodle Soup”, Suga’s “Daechwita”, “Girl of my Dreams”, and V’s “Christmas Tree” have all previously made the list.
“Stay Alive” has captivated a global audience. The track was produced by Suga and sang through the voice of Jungkook.
BTS’s other songs have recently re-emerged onto the charts one again. A total of five songs have charted on the “Billboard Global 200”, “Billboard Global” (excluding the U.S.), and more.
“Butter” ranks at 50th on the “Billboard Global 200” charts, “Dynamite” sits at 58th, “Stay Alive” is currently at 98th, and last but not least, “Permission to Dance” have emerged at #147.
On the “Billboard Global” (excluding the U.S) charts, “Butter” is at #29, “Dynamite” rests at 35th, “Stay Alive” sits at 67th, and “Permission to Dance” ranks 92nd.
The group’s album has also been seen making rounds. “Map of the Soul: Persona” is currently at #69 on the “Top Album Sales” chart, “Map of the Soul: 7” is at 72nd, and “BE” is at 61 on the “Top Current Album Sales.”
BTS is gearing up for a domestic concert in Seoul, “BTS Permission to Dance on Stage-Seoul”, on March 10th to March 13th at the Jamsil Sports Complex arena.
